All orders are shipped via USPS with 2-3 day priority shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing time. If you need your item(s) rushed please email us at info@momecandles.com and we will work with you as best as we can. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We aim to make sure our customers love our merchandise, but if you do need to return an order, we are happy to accept it in the same condition it was received within 7 days for store credit only. Buyer pays return shipping. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. The only way a full refund will be issued is if it is a mistake on our end, in which we would also cover the return shipping.
